All registered authors and participants are required to adhere strictly to the Registration Terms and Conditions as outlined by the ICELIn26 Organising Committee (hereinafter referred to as the “Committee”).

These Terms and Conditions may be published across multiple official platforms, including but not limited to the ICELIn26 official website, registration portal, brochures, and official correspondence. In the event of any discrepancy between different published versions, the version published on the official ICELIn26 Conference website shall prevail.

The 1st International Conference on Enforcement, Law & Integrity 2026 (ICELIn26) reserves the right to revise, amend, or update the Registration Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any amendments shall take effect immediately upon publication on the official conference website.

For Paper Submission and Publication in ICELIn26 Conferences:

  1. All papers submitted to ICELIn26 must be original works. The manuscript must not have been previously published, accepted for publication, or currently under consideration for publication elsewhere (in any journal, conference proceedings, or other form of publication).
  2. All authors and co-authors are responsible for informing and obtaining any necessary approval from their respective Head of Department, Principal Investigator, Supervisor, or relevant institutional authority prior to submission.
  3. Authors must ensure that all names, order of authorship, institutional affiliations, and contact details are accurate and correctly stated at the time of submission. Any errors must be corrected prior to final registration.
  4. ICELIn26 reserves the right to reject any paper submitted after the official submission or registration deadline.
  5. Each paper submitted to ICELIn26 will undergo a review process by at least two internal or external reviewers appointed by the Committee. Acceptance for presentation and publication is subject to successful completion of the review process and required revisions (if any).
  6. Only fully registered and paid papers will be eligible for presentation and inclusion in the official conference proceedings or associated publications. Unregistered papers will not be published.
  7. ICELIn26 does not assume responsibility for verifying the identity or authorship claims of submitted manuscripts. The submitting author will be deemed the corresponding and responsible author for all communication and ethical compliance.
  8. All submissions may be subject to plagiarism screening. If any complaint regarding originality, plagiarism, duplicate submission, or authorship dispute is received and verified, the paper will be immediately withdrawn or suspended from presentation and publication.
  9. Upon suspension or withdrawal due to ethical violations, ICELIn26 reserves the right to remove the paper from the conference programme, proceedings, website, and any affiliated publication platforms. The conference shall not be liable for any consequences arising from such removal.

    • Authors shall bear all publication fees or article processing charges (APCs) imposed by the respective journal.
    • The review and publication timeline is determined by the journal.
  3. Acceptance of a paper for presentation at ICELIn26 does not guarantee publication in any indexed journal or associated scholarly publication.
    • A paper is not selected for further journal consideration; or
    • The author chooses not to proceed with post-conference publication.
  4. All ICELIn26-associated scholarly publications operate under valid ISSN registration and DOI assignment, where applicable.

Plagiarism Policy:

  1. All submitted manuscripts are subject to plagiarism screening using similarity detection software (e.g., Turnitin or equivalent tools) to assess originality and similarity index levels. Papers that do not meet the acceptable similarity threshold may be returned to the author for revision prior to further review.
  2. If plagiarism is identified prior to publication, the author will be notified and may be given an opportunity to revise and resubmit the manuscript, subject to editorial discretion. If the Editorial Board determines that the plagiarism constitutes a serious ethical breach, the paper will be rejected and will not proceed to publication.
  3. If plagiarism, false authorship, fabricated identity, or other ethical misconduct is suspected or discovered after publication, the paper may be temporarily removed from the website or publication platform pending investigation.
    • If minor overlap or citation issues are identified, the author may be required to submit corrections or revised content, subject to editorial approval.
    • If major plagiarism, fraudulent authorship, or serious copyright violation is confirmed, the paper will be permanently withdrawn.
  4. In cases of confirmed serious ethical misconduct, ICELIn26 reserves the right to:
    • Remove the paper permanently from its website and associated publication platforms;
    • Issue a formal retraction notice where appropriate;
    • Notify relevant indexing databases or publication partners of the withdrawal.
